Bread pudding with lychee

 I came  across this recipe when I was blog walking yesterday. Tq Kak Umi (Home Sweet Home) for sharing. You can also check out the recipe here.

Ingredients :
A
* 450g bread
* 1 can of creamer
*1 can of plain water (use the can to measure)
*1 can of lychee
*2 eggs
*1tsp vanilla essence(opt.)
*1/2 cup of icing sugar ( I used brown sugar)
*1tbs corn flour

B
Caramel Sauce

*1 cup of brown sugar
*1/2 cup of plain water
Boil until thicken 

Method :
1. Tear the bread and the lychee into small pieces.
2. Put all the liquid ingredients into a bowl.
3. Mix them well.
4. Soak for 1 hour.
5. Heat the oven to 180 C.
6. Grease the baking tin/casserole with butter.
                                                           6. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Serve with caramel sauce.
